THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS WE ARE RECRUITING: 
1. Merchandiser
Role Purpose
Creation of the Department strategy and implementation of the Division strategy by delivering a product offer (trims) that exceed customers'expectations and archieve sales and profit targets.
Key Accountability

  • Taking appropriate action to maximize sales and reduce cost;
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability;
  • Propose effective supply solutions and achieve maximum full price sales and planned margin;
  • Drive increase in margin through new sourcing strategies and methods to build profit;
  • Communicate trading issues and forecasts with proposed actions to Director;
  • Evaluate market and customer information together with historical data and forward trends to develop the department’s phased plans;
  • Manage trialing activity for trims product;
  • Continuously monitor market activity, through regular competitor shop visits, gathering market intelligence from a wide variety of sources and store visits, in order to take appropriate commercial action;
  • Analyze suppliers’ delivery performance and contribute to future supplier strategies;
  • Measure products’ performance against agreed quality standards and take necessary action with suppliers;
  • Gather relevant market, competitor and customer information in order to support personal development.

 2. Sales cum QC
Purpose Role: Answering queries of customers, offering appropriate advice  and consulate right products of trim as customers'requirements, and ensuring quality of products that meet higher customer's expectation.
Key Accountability

  1. Organising sales visits and proposing after every visit;
  2. Implementing sales plan;
  3. Attending trade exhibitions,and customer meetings;
  4. Updating branch market as to take business opportunities;
  5. Reviewing sales performance and proposing;
  6. Negotiating contracts based on mother-company’s policy;
  7. Taking care customers;
  8. Instruct and inspect the quality in the process of manufacturing,

3. PRODUCT MANAGER
Purpose Role
Responsible for managing the product from planning to execution in order to support strategy and objectives of company

Key Accountabilities
    Research and Analysis
  • Conducting market research by on-going visits to customer and non-customers and analyze market conditions;
  • Implementing a company-wide-go-to-market plan as to identify key competitor and consumer trends.

 Product Planning and Management

  • Managing product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users;
  • Defining a long term strategy of the product and creating product road map;
  • Driving a solution through market requirements as to define and product positioning, key benefits, and target customer;
  • Developing pricing strategies and product policies;

Product Marketing

  • Implementing marketing plan and supplying marketing information;
  • Conducting product presentations;
  • Developing sales tools and training material;
